These terms apply to your use of notem.net, the website of NoteM: Notes & Lessons, run by Lines4you. By using the site you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1The NoteM app
The NoteM app is downloaded from the App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (apple.com/legal) and the App Store terms, not by these website terms. On Android, the Google Play terms apply.
2Subscriptions
- NoteM Pro is bought through your Apple account on iPad, iPhone and Mac, or your Google account on Android. The store charges the payment and shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
3Information on the site
We describe NoteM as accurately as we can, but features, plans and prices can change, and screenshots show the app as it looked when they were taken. The App Store listing shows what is available in your country at any time.
4Our content and trademarks
The texts, images, screenshots, design and the NoteM name and logo on this site belong to Lines4you or its licensors. You may read, link to and share pages of the site. You may not copy them for commercial use, or use the NoteM name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Apple, iPad, iPhone, Mac and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names belong to their owners.
5Using the site properly
Please don’t try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
6Links to other sites
The site links to services we don’t control, such as the App Store. Their own terms and policies apply there.
7No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
8Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lines4you is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9Privacy
How the site handles data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
